Essential Functions:
  • Maintain respect for & confidentiality of all clients, including keeping all client information confidential; maintain & protect the well-being of all clients
  • Responsible for providing direct therapy / behavioral intervention in 1:1 sessions with clients 
  • Adhering to all procedures, as outlined
  • Implementation of individualized goals, programs, and checklists (as trained), including an individualized Treatment Plan, as written and directed by the case supervisor
  • Implementation of skills-based treatment, including teaching communication, tolerance, and cooperation to clients under challenging contexts while maintaining client safety and dignity
  • Completion of daily program data and maintenance of necessary documentation
  • Participation in training on an ongoing basis
  • Professional interaction with clients, parents, colleagues, and others
