Relevant experience (teacher’s aide, camp counselor, parent) is preferred but not required
Essential Functions:
- Maintain respect for & confidentiality of all clients, including keeping all client information confidential; maintain & protect the well-being of all clients
- Responsible for providing direct therapy / behavioral intervention in 1:1 sessions with clients
- Adhering to all procedures, as outlined
- Implementation of individualized goals, programs, and checklists (as trained), including an individualized Treatment Plan, as written and directed by the case supervisor
- Implementation of skills-based treatment, including teaching communication, tolerance, and cooperation to clients under challenging contexts while maintaining client safety and dignity
- Completion of daily program data and maintenance of necessary documentation
- Participation in training on an ongoing basis
- Professional interaction with clients, parents, colleagues, and others
